What are V.O.C.’s?

Volatile Organic Compounds. V.O.C.’s, released from solvents and cleaning fluids, reacts with oxides of nitrogen and sunlight to form ozone. For this reason the EPA has determined that controlling V.O.C.’s is an effective method for minimizing ozone levels- a proven health hazard.

What are Butyl/Glycol ethers?

Glycol ethers is a name for a large group of chemicals – typically used in the coating and cleaner industry. Overexposure will cause anemia, intoxication, irritations to the skin, eyes and throat, birth defects. Based on animal tests you should treat GE’s as a hazard to your reproductive health.

What is TWA?

Time Weighted Average: Average airborne concentration of a particular substance when calculated over a normal 8 hour working day, for a 5 day working week.

If you are not completely satisfied with your CHOMP! product purchase for any reason, simply return the empty product containers to us within 30 days for a prompt and full no-questions-asked refund of the purchase price.

How do I return a product?

Have your order number handy, and you will receive clear instructions on returning your order and receiving a prompt credit. All product containers must be returned empty and capped. Once received, we will refund your money. You are responsible for all returned shipping costs.

Our products are generally in stock on our shelves and ready for shipment. You should receive your order in 2 to 3 weeks.
If, due to unusual demand, a product is not in stock, we will notify you within five working days after we receive your order. At that time we will give you an estimated delivery date.

By what method do you ship items to me?

All orders are shipped UPS.

How much does it cost to overnight the product shipment to me?

Currently, we do not offer this as an option. However, we can priority ship your order to you in 7 to 10 business days for an additional $5.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently, we ship only to addresses in the continental United States and Canada.
